What is a 3D Hydr02 facial?
3D Hydr02 facial combines the benefits of two of the most sought-after facials on the UK market along with five other result-driven technologies to give you glowing, brighter and more youthful-looking skin. This treatment provides the complete facial solution to target an array of universal skin concerns, including dehydration, ageing, loose skin, dull complexion and congestion.
By utilising seven different technologies of our device, we can offer a complete prescriptive approach to all of your needs ensuring fantastic results. 3D HydrO2 facial provides hydration, oxygenation, anti-ageing, brightening, skin tightening and improved congestion resulting in glowing, brighter, more youthful-looking skin.
How Does It Work?
The treatment includes Seven Step Process:
Step 1 - Hydropeel/Deep Cleanse
Using a vacuum tip, skin is drawn onto the handpiece to infuse specialist AHA and BHA solutions providing a deep cleanse and hydration while aiding extraction.
Step 2 - Exfoliation
Provides deep exfoliation by buffing the skin using an exfoliation capsule containing active ingredients, which results in clearer, hydrated and brighter skin. This step triggers the Bohr effect encouraging the blood to deliver oxygen to the skin.
Step 3 - Oxygenation
This step encourages maximum absorption allowing intense skin hydration. Applying oxygen to the skin with this method will help increase cell metabolism.
Step 4 – Skin Lifting
Here we’re using electroporation which increases the absorbency of the cell for product penetration. This, in turn, revitalises and wakes up dull and lifeless skin.
Step 5 – Skin Tightening
Using a warm applicator and radio frequency technology, we’re increasing collagen production, which is ideal for skin tightening on more mature skin.
Step 6 – Hydration
The ultrasound technology used in this step aids the product infusion and increases hydration in the deeper layer of the skin.
Step 7 – Fire and Ice
This step incorporates heat to open pores, increase blood supply, aid product infusion and strengthen the skin. The cold applicator used in this step decreases the blood supply, tightens skin, and seals the infused products.

Will My Online Physiotherapist Tell Me If I Need To See A Face-to-Face Physio, Or A Doctor?Absolutely. While there are many injuries that can be managed via online Physiotherapy consultation, some conditions do require 'hands on' assessment and treatment. We also work in private practice, and are skilled at detecting when an injury requires face to face investigation.
Is My Injury Suitable For Online Physiotherapy? The majority of Musculoskeletal Injuries are suitable for online Physiotherapy consultation, but if we determine that your injury or situation is not at all suitable for an online consultation by a Physiotherapist, we will let you know, and refund the cost of the consultation. If you are unsure whether your injury is suitable for a consultation or not, send us an email, and we will let you know!
How Can A Physio Diagnose My Injury If They Haven’t Even Touched Me?All Physiotherapy appointments start with a 'subjective assessment', in which the Physiotherapist will ask you a well-structured series of questions designed to discover what they need to know about your injury (without touching you). By the end of the subjective assessment, the Physiotherapist should already have a very clear idea of your probable diagnosis. The Physiotherapist may then perform some tests to conform this diagnosis.
Do I Need Any Specific Operating System Or Browser To Undertake My Online Consultation? We use a very simple system and we tailor your consultation to the equipment and bandwidth that you have available. If there are any difficulties, we will work with you until they are resolved. If you can view this page, you can successfully carry out an online consultation. If you have any questions regarding this, contact us.
Can I Claim Money Back On Online Physiotherapy?Insurance companies are starting to provide money back for online health consultations. We can provide a receipt for you to issue to your insurance company.
What is a Chartered Physiotherapist as opposed to a physical therapist or sports therapist?A Chartered Physiotherapist has undergone a University degree programme with hospital-based training and has comprehensive knowledge of how the body works, along with specialist training in the diagnosis and treatment of muscle and joint pain. When you choose a physiotherapist who is a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP), you’ll enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that they are a part of Ireland’s only professional body within its field. So look for the letters MISCP to ensure your Physiotherapist is Chartered.
Do I Need to Bring Anything With Me For Face-to-Face?Please make sure that you have relevant scan reports, medical reports, X-rays, test results, supports, braces and orthotics that you are currently using.
How Soon Can I See You?Generally you can get you an appointment on the same day you contact us, or at least during the next business day after you contact us. Early treatment means a speedier recovery.
What Should I Wear?Wear something which makes you feel comfortable. If possible, wear comfortable shirts and loose pants that allow you to move freely.
Do I need to see my GP first? While it is common practice for GP’s to refer patients to Chartered Physiotherapists. You do not need to see your GP because your Chartered Physiotherapist will do a full assessment regardless of whether you have attended your GP or not. If you have been seen by your GP or had any x-rays or scans do bring them along with you. Also if you have undergone surgery please bring along any information you may have received
How Many Treatment Sessions Will I Need? The number of treatments required depends on the severity of the condition. Most problems should show significant improvement within 2 to 3 sessions. More long-standing problems can take longer to resolve.
What Happens During a Visit?During your first visit, expect questions regarding the symptoms that you are experiencing and the history of your complaint. Provided you are a safe candidate for treatment. A thorough assessment will be performed in order to come to an accurate diagnosis. Each stage of the assessment process will be explained to the patient and, once a diagnosis is made, a treatment plan will be formulated in collaboration with the patient. Patients will be educated about the cause of the complaint and a clear plan will be put in place to resolve the problem.
Can I Have A Home Visit?Of course but the cost of a Home Visit will include travel time from the clinic so the cost of treatment may be higher. Please call us for more details.
